Where It Began
A founder who lived the problem firsthand.
The founder of Able Adaptability is a quadriplegic entrepreneur. After suffering a spinal cord injury, he found himself facing a challenge that had nothing to do with his determination or drive — and everything to do with the marketplace around him.
He couldn't find quality adaptive living products in one place. Every search led somewhere frustrating: cold medical catalogs that felt more like hospital supply rooms than homes, product descriptions that didn't reflect real-life use, and items that had nothing to do with the independent, active life he was fighting to get back.
The tools existed. The dignity didn't always come with them.
So he built something better — a curated, honest, premium destination for people who expect more than "functional."
